Agent Night London with Work OS

SEMINAL joined WorkOS in London for the debut of Agent Night, its developer-focused event bringing together the people actively building at the frontier of agentic AI. Hosted at the incident.io offices, the evening was built around live demos, practical ideas and the kind of conversations that happen when you put some of the city’s strongest product and engineering talent in one room.

The demo lineup included Steve Ruiz of tldraw, Alexander Christie of Attio, Toma Puljak of Daytona and Tim O’Sullivan of incident.io, with WorkOS also represented by founder Michael Grinich. Special appearances from Alasdair Monk and Dominik Koch added to a packed night.

What stood out was how practical the agent conversation has become. Rather than another evening debating what AI might eventually be capable of, Agent Night was about showing what people are already building and how agents are beginning to fit into real products and workflows.

The companies on stage represented different parts of that shift. tldraw is exploring what happens when AI moves beyond the chat box into visual interfaces, Attio is rethinking CRM for a more automated era, Daytona is building infrastructure for AI-generated code, while incident.io is applying AI to the complex process of understanding and resolving incidents.

The wider takeaway was simple: one person can suddenly build a lot more. The distance between having an idea, testing it and turning it into something usable is shrinking quickly. That changes what small teams can attempt and makes experimentation cheaper than ever.

Agent Night captured that energy well. Less theory, more demos, and plenty of reasons to leave thinking about what you could build next.
